Spooky season has arrived! Whether you’re a die-hard horror fan or just wanting to test your courage, here’s our guide to the best haunted houses in Nashville, from eerie trails to terrifying theaters.

Tickets often sell out quickly, particularly on weekends, so make sure to plan ahead! Guests under 15 are usually required to have an accompanying adult. For hours, presale options, and group discounts, be sure to check the official websites. Enjoy the scares and happy haunting!

Just south of Nashville in Spring Hill, Millers Thrillers blends classic haunted woods with interactive adventure. My favorite attraction is the Zombie Paintball Hayride, where you can channel your inner apocalypse survivor and take aim at roaming zombies (with props and safety protocols, of course). They also host a 3D maze and an entertainment zone filled with shows, performances, and photo ops.

Right in the heart of Madison, Nashville Nightmare Haunted House is a haunt built for immersive terror. This year's theme is Horror High, featuring roaming halls of cursed classrooms, twisted nursery rhymes, and experimental labs.

For those looking for a more intimate scare, the Slaughterhouse Haunted House is legendary. Known as Tennessee’s longest-running haunted attraction, it now resides in Hermitage at the historic Courtyard Theater. Make your way in a small group through five uniquely themed haunted theaters, each offering its own spine-chilling experience.

Visitors often describe Devil’s Dungeon as a sensory onslaught — darkness, sudden scares, and carefully crafted scenes make it one of the more intense haunted attractions in the area.

Beast House is Nashville’s only self-guided haunted house, offering a spine-chilling experience through its dark corridors and eerie set designs. Notably, it features the Beast Challenge, where visitors can earn their admission fee back by completing extreme tasks, adding an extra layer of thrill.
