Last week, the nonpartisan Cook Political Report moved Tennessee’s 7th Congressional District from “Strong Republican” to “Likely Republican.” Matthew Klein, the analyst who wrote the report, joins host Marie Cecile Anderson to explain his methodology, break down the factors impacting the TN-07 race, and tell us what to look for as we enter the home stretch before Election Day on Dec. 2.
