Welcome to your neighborhood bulletin board, where we keep you updated on upcoming community meetings we think you should know about, from chatting with councilmembers to discussing traffic solutions. Not sure what district you live in? Check here! Email us if you know of community meetings we should add.

City-Wide

  • The Tennessee Department of Transportation is holding four meetings about the state’s proposed choice lanes project: At the Smyrna Event Center on Sept. 30, at the Coleman Park Community Center on Oct. 1, at the Southeast Community Center on Oct. 2, and throughout the month virtually.
  • Specialists will be in The Nations at the Senior Renaissance Center on Oct. 7 and in East Nashville at the East Park Regional Community Center on Oct. 28, helping people who qualify apply for tax relief.

Bordeaux, Joelton, Madison, Whites Creek

  • Councilmembers from districts 1, 2, and 3 are holding a joint meeting about a proposed slate of housing legislation on Sept. 29 at Whites Creek High School.

  • District 12 Councilmember Erin Evans is holding a community meeting about the North New Hope Road rezoning proposal on Sept. 29 at Central Pike Church of Christ.
