Whether your child, like mine, has helpfully provided a pages-long toy wishlist, or you’re clueless about what kids like, the helpful staff at these local toy stores have your back.

Phillips Toy Mart, located in Belle Meade, opened in 1946. It’s a magical place with toys for all ages and price ranges. I loved visiting as a kid, and now I shop here for my daughter!

The Best (and Most Iconic) Ice Cream Shops in Nashville

This delightful East Nashville toy store includes a cafe with delicious soft-serve ice cream and coffee, plus an outdoor space with a seesaw and skate ramp.

This cute Green Hills toy store offers complimentary wrapping with any purchase. I especially like their selection of puzzles and games, though they have all kinds of other toys, too.

In addition to children’s books, this tiny and adorable East Nashville bookstore includes really unique toys you won’t find anywhere else. It’s located in the Five Points Alley Shops, a great place to shop locally for everyone on your list.

This wonderful Brentwood toy store has a great selection, from unique STEM toys to Paw Patrol plushies. They also have complimentary gift wrapping.
