I confess: I’m more of a thrift store shopper than an outlet shopper. However, I still enjoy heading to Antioch’s Tanger Outlets, which offers way more than just shopping! Tanger Outlets Nashville opened in October of 2023, and has been adding stores ever since. Here’s your guide to spending a day at this outdoor mall.

🍽️ Where To Eat

  • Get your coffee fix at Red Bicycle Coffee, or eat breakfast at Eggspectation.
  • For burgers, go to Shake Shack, which has a large patio with foosball, ping pong tables, and cornhole. It’s perfect for kids and pets.
  • Craving pizza? Right across from Shake Shack is Tailgate Brewery, which also has a great patio, and a cool mural!
  • Other lunch and dinner options are Prince’s Hot Chicken and Surcheros.
  • For dessert, check out Crumble Cookie. It’s right by the Tailgate and Hot Topic, which I know my fellow elder millennials are going to anyway 🖤

🛝 Where To Play

In the middle of the parking lot is a large green area with:

  • Outdoor seating and a screen for movie nights, perfect for picnics or just hanging out. Check their event page for upcoming activities.
  • More cornhole
  • A covered patio for hot summer days
  • A playground with a tall climber and interactive musical features

There are bathrooms right across the street from the green space, as well as a little area where you can watch a machine make cotton candy! As a warning, since it’s in the middle of a concrete parking lot, it can get a bit hot out there in the summer.

Outside this green area, there are more than a dozen murals for you selfie-fiends to find.

🛍️ Where To Shop

There are dozens of stores to shop from. In addition to Hot Topic, there’s a J. Crew where I get my petite bottoms from because I’m a shortie, a Levi’s Outlet, Journeys, Carter’s for the parents, Crocs, and a lot more.
